"Borgo Guardiola Villa" near Cefalù

The Pink House is a newly built modern-style villa, with sea view, consisting of 3 bedrooms, all equipped with bathroom, and large living/kitchen area where you can admire a splendid view. Outside in addition to a spacious terrace where you can comfortably dine, there is a large garden and a panoramic pool, which on request with an additional cost can be heated, to enjoy it even during the cold months. Everything is studied in detail in The Pink House, from the large living room / kitchen, where you can relax comfortably while admiring the gulf of Cala Sciabica, to the three independent rooms, where each guest has their own privacy, to the heated outdoor pool, where to relax, even in the later hours, after an intense day of excursions in the surrounding area. The property has three bedrooms all with king size bed, with three bathrooms with shower, two of which are in the room, and there is a large sofa bed in the living room. The villa is equipped with 50 "LED TV, DVD / Blueray player, WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, oven, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso corner, toaster etc, hair dryer. Also towels and bedsheets free of charge for the first week of stay, additional price if you wish us to replace them. The pool can be heated on request upon notice at least 5 days before your arrival and with an additional cost for maintenance and electricity consumption, (the price varies according to the length of your stay). The residence "Borgo Guardiola", where the villa is situated, is born on the gulf of Torre Normanna. Although access to the sea is about 200 meters away, where you can find the beach both free and equipped, the villa has a panoramic swimming pool, with the possibility of being also heated. About a kilometer from Messina there is San Nicola L'arena, with a well-equipped marina where you can rent the boat for any excursions on the coast. The village of San Nicola offers all the services needed to spend a pleasant holiday: market, bakery, pharmacy, tobaccos, railway station ... etc. In the opposite direction about 8 km you will find the archaeological site of Solunto and a few minutes you can visit the town of Bagheria with its beautiful villas of the nineteenth century. Palermo is only 15 minutes away, while Cefalù is only 10 minutes away from the villa. The entire building is under video surveillance H24, to ensure the safety of guests.
