This house was put together with you in mind! You can feel safe here because we keep this house sanitized beyond the standard. Beautiful area too! Each bedroom has a luxury bed with bamboo sheets and Roku TV. Pamper yourself in a fluffy white robe and enjoy delicious wine and coffee as you Wake Up in Texas! But first, the Wine... We welcome you with our favorite full bodied old vine zinfandel from Lodi, Cali (famous for their old vine zin) AND since we're on subject of the finer things in life... Have you ever felt the buttery softness of breathable bamboo sheets?!? We've got you covered! All four of your beds and both pull out queens are blanketed for blissful rest with a cushy, supportive mattress and plenty of pillows. Sooooooo many fun amenities at this house! Relax by the wood-burning fire place. Enjoy all-night conversation by the fire pit or under the covered patio. BBQ like a boss in the back yard. Hustle like you mean it at the business desk. Play some table tennis, or even REAL tennis at the court down the street(Tennis gear provided). Beat my high score on Pac-Man! Throw some darts in the garage aka "Man Cave". Take the bikes to White Rock trail just down the hill. Every detail in place to ensure you have the best experience possible :-) NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10PM. Please obey the parking guide included in the rental agreement. A ring doorbell camera is in use as well as cameras at each entrance and cover the front and back yards as well. We are in communication with the neighbors and they will report any disruptive behavior to us immediately. Such behavior may result in your group being removed from the property without refund.
