Simply Bed and Breakfast in a cottage nr Bath.
We live at Prospect Cottage with 2 cats, you will be staying in the house with us. The 2 bedrooms for BnB are in the cottage. We are close to Bristol airport, Bath, The Pig and Priston Mill. A quiet village location. The village has a pub, The Butchers Arms and a small village shop/cafe 2 bedrooms each with double bed, sleeps up to 4, sharing a tiny ensuite shower and a small downstairs loo. Two pretty, quaint, small double bedrooms in a rustic semidetached cottage in a quiet location between Bristol and Bath. Breakfast is eaten in the sunny conservatory looking over the fruit and veg filled garden. Weekends and holidays breakfast is a plentiful bounty of mostly local or homemade goodies. Work days its simple breads and cereals. During covid this will be a packed breakfast. Off street parking in the driveway is usually possible. The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor sharing a tiny private downstairs toilet opposite the front door and a small shower in bedroom one. Our bedroom is on the second floor. If you seek perfection this may not be for you, this is a typical cottage with squeaky floor boards, 2 lively, friendly cats, an awkward plumbing system and many more idiosyncrasies. We love it but it's not for everyone! I would hate anyone to be disappointed with their stay. It is a small cottage if you have large suitcases perhaps leave those in the car. There is no kitchen or self catering facility, bnb only. It is easy to find if you use the instructions I have written for airbnb. Using a sat nav won't get you here, as the reviews will testify! We have a hot tub that can be hired as long as its before 9pm so as not to disturb the neighbours. (by separate arrangement) The 2 private bedrooms next to each other and the downstairs toilet which is opposite the front door. There is a working smart tv in bedroom 1 and a DVD player in bedroom 2, tea and coffee making facilities too. Dvd library is limited to my taste so feel free to bring your own. Please note there are no self catering facilities. No use of kitchen. I live on the top floor so will be present throughout your stay. There are 2 cats who think they own the house...i can keep them out of your way to a certain extent but they are very friendly and will seek out new friendly visitors to their house! 2 rooms in a small, pretty, quirky but quaint cottage on the edge of the old part of the village which follows a central stream, an old church, a top class hairdressers and a simple local pub.
