Bright and spacious home in North Cardiff

Welcome to our 1920's fully refurbished three-storey spacious home in which my wife and I live and would like to share with you. We offer guests exclusive use of a suite of rooms on the first floor including a double bedroom, one twin room, and a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet. On the ground floor, guests have a private sitting room, downstairs toilet and use of the shared kitchen and large beautiful garden. Breakfast is included. The house is a delightful mix of traditional and new. The rooms are brilliantly light and spacious with decor that is both stylish and elegant. We welcome families with children - high chair and travel cot available. We are also able to provide an airbed to accommodate an additional small child or young teenager. Off road parking on driveway. A few steps up to the front door. We make guests feel welcome in our home and are happy to assist visitors with anything they need. We live in a quiet residential area away from the main road with plenty of off-street parking or parking on our driveway if you prefer. The local village, Llanishen, is a ten-minute walk away with a selection of shops including a mini supermarket, chemist, fish & chip shop, cafés and a pub. Llanishen railway station is a three minute walk with trains every fifteen minutes to and from the city centre - it's just three stops to Cardiff Central. There is a bus stop two minutes walk away. By car, we are ten minutes/three miles from Junction 30 on the M4. We have a lovely, well-behaved small cockapoo dog called Bronwen. We also have four hens who live in their own run at the bottom of the garden, but no cockerel!
