The apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed), a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The bathroom has a washing machine. The Alte Land invites you to bike tours and visits to the small historical places. The Elbe beach is about 5km from the apartment. The historic Hanseatic city of Stade with its inland port is in the immediate vicinity. Shops for daily needs are in Drochtersen, 3 km away. The Elbe metropolis Hamburg is approx. 50 km away and invites with many attractions and sights for example to musicals, theater or even shopping. Long walks on the Elbe dike, sailing and a luxurious spa are among the many leisure activities in the area.
