Warmly B&B by St. Andrews

The location of our house is in the lovely countryside of Fife - 1 hour drive to Edinburgh, 30 mins to St Andrews, 40 Mins to Perth, and around 1 hour to Gleneagles. We have 2 rooms, Sleeps 4. We are also about 4 miles away from the ancient town of Falkland and its marvellous picturesque streets and palace, full of quaint bars and coffee shops (excellent for walking and hiking, Falkland also has a nine-hole gold course). Our price includes a buffet style breakfast (self-service), and of course guests are free to use the lounge, bathroom, and gardens. We also have private parking if you arrive by car. Guests should always feel free to chat (this is a very friendly house) :-) Beautiful Scottish countryside, walks, hiking, picturesque villages, golfing. Easy access to St Andrews, Perth, Edinburgh, the Highlands! Buses and trains every hour to Edinburgh/Perth/Dundee. Frequent bus service to St Andrews (hourly).
