With extensive views over the bay and rolling green hills of the Bellarine, Arlington Views is located a short drive to award winning wineries and restaurants. Ideally set up and located to provide a relaxing week or weekend away for couples or families. The home is full of charm and serenity with two living areas. Watch television upstairs whilst others read a good book downstairs or enjoy a BBQ on the extensive upstairs deck whilst enjoying the views of the area. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED!! The house is double story with a large upstairs deck plus a downstairs deck. There is a TV sitting area upstairs and an additional sitting area down stairs with books to read. The house has a fully equipped kitchen in addition to an outdoor BBQ on the top deck over looking the great views of the bay. An outdoor dining table seats 6 persons in addition to outdoor lounge chairs. There is a gas log fire (free standing) upstairs sitting area and a gas heater on the ground level. A reverse cycle air-conditioner is located on the top floor. As the house has internal stairs without barriers top and bottom (no child gates) it is not suitable for small mobile children. The house is suitable for babies and older children who are safe around stairs. All area's of the house, front and side courtyard. Entry to rear yard not permitted. Parking onsite available for 2 vehicles Owner will supply mobile phone number should any issues arise during your stay. The house is located 15 minute walk from shops and the bay. The Bellarine has a local taxi service in addition to Uber. Many wineries and restaurants are all within a five to ten minute drive. Local supermarket is 5 minute drive. Guests can choose to bring their own towels and linen. If towels and linen are required, there is an additional fee of $25 per bed. Please advise at time of booking if you require linen. Guests to remove all rubbish and place in wheelie bins on departure. House to be left in a clean and tidy state. We have great neighbours so we appreciate that noise is kept to a social level.
