Cute cottage home in the quiet, historic Normal Hill district. Close to parks, one block to river views. A few blocks to hospital. 3 blocks to riverside walking trail. 2 blocks from NAIA World Series playing field at LCSC! Easy access to downtown Lewiston/Clarkston. Convenient for the Valley's many recreational opportunies: jetboat trips, sport fishing, hiking, etc. My home is a cottage-style house from the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) s. Recent updates ensure all the current comforts, and I'm particularly pleased to be getting the yard, fence and landscaping in order this year! (You can follow my projects, the seasons in the LCV, and a bit of local news/sports/history on the cottage's (Hidden by Airbnb) : (Website hidden by Airbnb) The property backs up to LCSC property, so I'm as close as it's possible to be for graduations, NAIA World Series, alumni events, the Dogwood Festival, etc. If you're here for any of those events, it's likely to be just as easy - or easier - for you to walk to your events (depending, of course, on health/preferences.) I'm also well-situated for easy access to downtown Lewiston, with it's small but picturesque historic district, food, and shopping; and easy access to Clarkston. The nearby hospital sometimes has seasonal or rotational employment, and I'm always happy to host those needing short-term type stays or transitional living, as well. It's about 5 mins by car, or a 15 min walk. -In addition to your bedroom, the ground floor bathroom is for your private use. -You're welcome to use the kitchen/microwave/coffee pot, etc! Make yourself comfy at the dining room table, or in the living room. You are very welcome in the shared space, if you want to use it. -I provide breakfast as part of your stay! (Please communicate your preferences beforehand, as I will *try* to accommodate reasonable requests.) Long-term Guests, please note there are some differences: -breakfast is not provided -but you're welcome to store your own food in the fridge/cupboards -you're responsible for your own linens and tidying -but you'll have full access to the washer/drier for all your needs I work part-time and will try to be available if you need something. I enjoy socializing with my guests, but at your comfort level! My adult son lives with me, but maintains a fulltime job and busy schedule. You will likely see very little of him. Lewiston is known among college baseball fans as the host of the NAIA World Series. I'm an easy two block walk from the field! Very convenient for toting your stadium seat cushion, etc, if you don't want to drive on a nice summer night! Parking on-street, with provided permit
