Cute and cosy 2 bed character cottage in the charming village of North Creake, only 3 miles from Burnham Market & 5 miles to Wells-Next-The-Sea. The Cottage has been recently renovated & offers a large main bedroom with King Size bed & luxury bedding. The second bedroom has a trundle bed for 2 children or can be made into a double bed. There is off road parking for 2 cars, enclosed garden, secure bike storage, fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom, wood burner, 4K smart TV & WIFI. The cottage is only 4 miles from the gorgeous beaches of the North Norfolk Coast. It is situated in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful open fields, with wonderful, peaceful walks and bike rides from the front door. It is only 3 minutes walk to the local pub! Lovely Cottage has been fully refurbished and provides a high standard of accommodation throughout. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious and includes an easy to use modern hob, oven and microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Everything you would need to make a quick breakfast or big family meal. The lounge includes comfy sofas, dining room table to seat 4 and a 43" 4K Smart TV. There is a traditional wood burner to keep you toasty. The modern downstairs bathroom includes a power shower. Going up the steep staircase leads you to a very spacious main bedroom with king size bed, loads of storage and views over open fields. The second bedroom has a trundle bed for 2 children or can be made into a double bed which will comfortably sleep 1 adult, or 2 adults if you like it cosy! This room looks over the rear garden. There is also off road parking for 2 cars, enclosed gardens and secure bike storage in an outhouse. Just 5 miles from the cottage is the popular seaside town and port of Wells-Next-The-Sea. This small town boasts a spectacular sandy beach fringed by pine woodland, a peaceful harbour with clusters of small fishing boats and a beautiful town peppered with fine Georgian houses, quiet pubs and quaint independent shops. The nearby village of Burnham Market is known as 'the loveliest village in Norfolk' There are over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, beauty salons, and galleries, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, paintings, prints and unique coastal artworks, trendy and traditional clothes for all the family. There is an exciting array of eateries serving everything from cappuccino to sea bass, afternoon tea and cakes to a club sandwich. You may even spot William, Kate and their children who have a holiday home nearby. The cottage has parking for 2 small cars or 1 large one. It has its own secure, private sunny garden with a picnic bench and summer house. There is also a fire pit, perfect for toasting marshmallows in the evening! A stairgate, travel cot, dining table booster seat, books and games are provided for children. The main bedroom is large, so plenty of room for a travel cot (a fitted bottom sheet is provided but no duvet/sleeping bag so please bring your own) Please note the cottage has a traditional Norfolk box staircase which is steep and therefore not suitable for less mobile guests. My husband and I have lived in North Norfolk all our lives and have 2 children Amber and Harry. We are happy to share our knowledge and experience of the area via phone call or text message. As we both work full time it’s unlikely you will actually see us in person so we have left an extensive information pack in the cottage with lots of local tips to help you get the most out of your stay. The cottage is in a quiet area surrounded by open fields. But only 3 miles to the very popular village of Burnham Market. There are stunning views of open countryside from the front of the cottage. The lanes surrounding the cottage are perfect for biking and there is a lockable outhouse for bike storage. A car is recommended if you want to travel further afield. The Airbnb pricing system is suited to short breaks of 3/4 night or a full week.
