Welcome to Minsu Ekocheras. This is a duplex suite located above Ekocheras Mall, which guests can easily access to the supermarket, restaurants, cinema, KTV, Bistro and etc. right at the footstep! This place is uniquely located next to the Taman Mutiara MRT station, with sheltered air-conditioner link bridge which allow the guests to travel among Kuala Lumpur city hassle free. The attractions such as Pavillion, Bukit Bintang, China town is just 6 stops away from this place! The place is a duplex suite, which the living room, kitchen and 1 powder room located at lower floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is at upper floor. With the double volume of the ceiling height in living room, and the floor to ceiling height window, guests can comfortably enjoy the panorama city view. The facilities deck are located on the top floor (31st floor), which is the highest in Cheras area, guests may swim in the infinity pool and workout in the gym room with the stunning KL city view. Starbucks, Oldtown, Golden Screen Cinema, Village Grocer and etc. are located in the mall below. The lobby is located at LG, which is the place access to the mall. MRT link bridge is located at Level 1. Ekocheras is now open for Airbnb check in! In compliance with the SOP from the management, please make sure every person who going to check in fulfill the below requirements: 1) All guests' MySejahtera must be “low risk” and “fully vaccinated” 2) Child below 17 years old must be accompanied by "low risk" and "fully vaccinated" adult. 3) Body temperature of 37.6 degree celcius or above is not allowed to enter the premise. 4) Practice social distance of 1m at all time. 5) Must wear proper mask at all time. The management reserves the right to refuse any guest to enter if did not fulfill any of the MKN’s guidelines.
