LUXE STUDIO CLOSE TO AMSTERDAM AND NATURE RESERVE

Welcome home! Our newly renovated 40m2 studio (2016) with private parking area is located in Bussum Zuid, only 30 minutes away from Amsterdam Central Station by train or car. The private studio is perfect for citytrips and business trips combined with relaxation and walks in nature. The studio is attachted to the main residence and the view is stunning, it overlooks the beginning of the forest, only 25 meters away. The room: Decorated in a modern eclectic style with queensize bed with firm matrasses. Comfortable lounge sofa and Netflix with cable tv. Wireless thermostat and floor heating throughout natural stone flooring. High speed fiberglass internet is available. Extra beds: the room can take up on to four people. The extra beds are two single matrasses on the floor. Babybed is available on request. The Kitchenette: There is no stove and no oven. You can not cook here. Modern & Clean Refrigerator with frozen section, microwave, Senseo coffeemachine, watercooker, egg boiler and garbage disposal. The bathroom: Small, new and clean with Grohe rainshower with great waterpower. Toilet, shelving for your toiletries and towels are present. Hairddryer available. Storage cabinet / closet with full-lenght mirror. Includes shelving, wooden hangers, iron and ironing board. The studio can be entered via the shared garage door. The studio itself is completly private and yours. There is a door between the studio and the main house, which will be locked for your privacy. Feel free to ask us anything about great places to visit in and around Bussum or your visit to Amsterdam as Robin and I are former residents. Upon arrival: We will provide you with coffee, tea and some jummy snacks. The studio is located on a corner overlooking the forrest on one side and a small flat and our private parking area on the other side. A small shopping mall with supermarket (Albert Heijn), bakery, butcher and farmacy is just down the street. Two minutes away is the reopened Paviljoen Heidezicht. Great for brunch, lunch and dinner with spectacular view of the heath. Your children can play at the massive outdoor playground around the corner or feed the deers at the deerfield next to our home. There is a large indoor swimmingpool just 10 minutes away by bike. Also indoor children's playground "Monkey Town" is 10 minutes away by car. The lovely centre of Bussum with nice restaurants and shops will take a 20 minutes walk or a bikeride of 10. The busstop is within 5 minutes walking distance. The trainstation Bussum Zuid takes a 15 minutes walk. Trains from Bussum Zuid run direct to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag, Amersfoort and Schiphol Airport. It takes 30 minutes by train to get to Amsterdam. Schiphol Airport is 45 minutes away by train. A returnticket to Amsterdam CS costs €11. A single ticket Schiphol - Bussum Zuid costs €6,70 You might hear some noise from the main house as we have a small baby girl and a boy of 3 years old. We have two cool cats named Billy and Bob. They are not allowed in your studio, unless you want them to.
