If the sofa bed is required please let me know when you book. (Please note that unless requested the sofa bed will not be made up. ) A fully kitted out kitchen means that you can cook for yourselves if you wish to and enjoy a coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. The TV has Netflix and terrestrial streaming sites as well as live TV. The flat is completely self contained with it's own front door. There is no door connecting our house with the flat. The large patio door of the flat opens onto our family garden. The garden is a shared space, but within the garden guests have their own patio area with seating. Our friendly dog Pepper is occasionally in the garden and may come and say hello. We want guests to feel completely at home during their stay, and we like to give them space and privacy to be able to relax in our flat. If however there is anything that they need we are easily contacted. Combe Down is a beautiful village area on the Southern edge of Bath. The street is quiet and rural with neighbours. From here you can access Bath city and wonderful countryside equally easily and within 5 minutes you can be walking along the National Trust Bath skyline. A 30 minute down hill walk will get you into the city, Obviously the walk back is uphill, but for those who don't fancy this there is a regular bus route that runs from the city centre to Combe Down. Within a 5 minute walk there is a handy Coop store and an award winning Deli. The bus to the city can be caught from 2 stops both within a 5 minute walk from the flat. The flat is situated on a quiet no through road. Parking on the road is generally not a problem, and it is rare not to find space there. We do have a driveway, which guests can use in the unlikely event of the road parking being a problem. However, we do ask guests to seek parking on the road in the first instance though to avoid blocking in our cars.
