Room in apartment station

This announcement is called "Apartment station", because I consider the railway to be fundamental, which can be reached across the road, therefore very suitable for those who want this quick solution and the stop of public transport that is under the house. I live in an old building built in 1936 for railway employees. My apartment is a real surprise for everyone entering for the first time. The sea view (small sea) according to those who have come is nothing short of breathtaking. Very bright apartment, as it is on the 3rd floor without a lift. The room is for a couple, possibly with a small child. If necessary, you can use a sofa bed also never used. In the room there are desk, pc and printer, SKY TV. It has a window overlooking the square of the city station. It is well served by public transport and, of course, railway. A few meters away there are bus stops that go throughout Italy. The air conditioner is not necessary: the house is very airy and therefore natural fresh at will. they can access all the rooms without being invasive, except my personal room which is off-limit for everyone. The new floor has already ruined, giving the impression to those who do not know that they are stains. I consider it essential that the guest feels at home and I retire to my room, but just call me if my presence is required, and I am always available for anything they need being located in the station square, it is practically the best served area of public transport throughout the city. The stop is sub-house. For those who love walking (but just a little), 10-15 min away, is immersed in the atmosphere of the Old City with all its history and a little further there is the Aragonese Castle, Ponte Girevole and the new Taranto with the its shops and lights. 5 minutes away are the bus stops that take you all over Italy and, of course, places characteristic of the region, such as Alberobello, Fasano or Matera and its fantastisi Sassi. E' da poco che svolgo questo lavoro e, nel mio annuncio, ho precisato a più riprese che in casa mia ho 3 gatti in modo da avvisare eventuali ospiti che, se sono allergici o non tollerano animali in casa, la mia struttura non è adatta. Io lascio aperte le finestre di casa 24h al giorno, quindi, anche se pulisco al mattino, è normale ritrovarsi a sera con un po' di polvere o peli di gatto. Purtroppo sto notando che parecchi ospiti, dopo il loro ingresso in casa, mi fanno presente che sono allergici ad alcuni animali oppure, appena volto le spalle, non sono proprio gentili con le mie bestiole.
