The Coach House, Everleigh is a stunning Grade II listed 18th Century Georgian Coach House set in the heart of the Wiltshire Countryside. Perfect for families or groups looking for a unique house for a holiday or long weekend. Set in a beautiful private location within easy reach of Wiltshire's most beautiful market town of Marlborough. Pets welcome and with the North Wessex Downs and Salisbury Plain on the doorstep countryside walks are endless. The accommodation is highly flexible. There are five double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. One of the doubles is a self-contained garden flat about 25m from the main house. Please note one of the twins has a raised mezzanine sleeping platform accessed by quite steep steps. Two doubles are en suite and there are two further bathrooms on the 1st floor. The Coach House is set within it's own 1.5 acre garden. The whole plot sits within the private 20 acre grounds of Everleigh Manor. The Coach House is accessed via the EAST GATE only. No guests should enter or leave via the West Gate of Everleigh Manor . The Manor grounds are private and guests must remain within the Coach House gardens. Richard will be available either in person or on the phone to answer any questions during your stay. He will try wherever possible to welcome guests in person on your arrival day to give an overview of the property. The hamlet of Everleigh sits on the border of Salisbury Plain to the south and the North Wessex Downs to the North. Within 5 minutes drive from the Coach House you can park at the Plain and guests have access to unlimited country walks, mountain biking or running trails. The Goa Balti Restaurant is situated in Everleigh and is regarded as the finest Curry House in Wiltshire. Owner Hassan will ensure you have a memorable evening. The Michelin Starred Red Lion at Chisenbury is less than 10 minutes drive from the house and offers superb dining within a beautiful traditional pub environment. The market town of Marlborough is less that 20 minutes and boasts one of the most beautiful high streets in the country with a host of lovely shops, restaurants and cafes. The world heritage site of Stonehenge is 25 minutes and historic Salisbury just over half an hour. Please remember that we are fortunate to sit within the grounds of Everleigh Manor but this is a private Manor House and guests are asked to pay special attention to the designated access drives.
