A one bedroom suite with spacious living and dining room, kitchen & bathroom. A glass sliding door opens to a balcony where you can enjoy fresh air while looking at the Makati skyline and the Pasig river. It is tastefully furnished with minimal but functional Asian furniture. Inside the building is a restaurant, gym, spa and pool. Elevator has access cards for safety. The rate includes scheduled cleaning, linen and towels, and use of the swimming pool. High speed wifi are complimentary. I love this neighborhood for its diversity. Walk around and you'll have a glimpse of wealth and poverty. It is balanced. You have nook and crannies and find yourself surprised by the the diversity at what a small place can offer. You can find value for money in the restaurants. Small space yet good food and great price. Guests will have access to the infinity pool, childrens' pool and the gym. Upon check in, an access card will be handed along with the suite key and the security deposit box key. This access key serves as a security key for all guests as this will only give access to our floor and all the common areas. I communicate with my guest(s) as often as they need me to. I am around upon check in and check out. Am easily reached via email and mobile. When I am out traveling, my assistant will ensure that your needs and concerns will be attended to. There is an SM Supermarket conveniently located downstairs in A Venue Mall just a few steps away from the building. Another upscale mall- Century Mall opened just beside the building. It houses movie theaters, shops, bar & restaurants, major banks, drugstores, markets, and other shopping malls. I love this neighborhood for its diversity. It's very accessible to all kinds of transportation to the Malls and other attractions. Due to Covid 19, all guests who want to book are required to present a health certificate saying you tested negative for Covid 19 within 7 days prior to move in date. Please don't book if you are unable to provide. This is our condominium's requirement to ensure everyone's safety. Thank you for your understanding. A copy of your passport or license will be required as part of the building security requirements. This should be emailed as soon as booking is confirmed. Cleaning and changed of sheets and towels will be scheduled depending on the length of stay.
