Surfers Studio / Annex Perranporth Cornwall

Quiet space (studio / annex) for recreational water users. 5 mins on foot from the studio to the shoreline and we have free parking here for one "normal sized" car alternatively there is a pay and display car park opposite. Walkers will enjoy easy access to the coastpath and our local pub "The Wateringhole", situated on the beach - a great place to relax and watch the sunset. This is a basic space for people who love getting out and about. Open plan studio annex with a sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, ensuite shower room, parking, free view and wifi. 700y from the dunes and beach at Perranporth with easy beach access for surfers and 5 min walk from the sea, town centre and pubs We are one of the closest AirBnB listed properties to Perranporth Beach being set in the dunes just 5 minutes. As locals we can let you know all the good places to surf, eat, drink, listen to live music and in general have a fab Cornish holiday. You have access to an outdoor area in front of the studio, but to be fair you will probably spend most of your time on one of Cornwall's most awesome beaches! The cover photo here is not a picture of the view from the annex (sadly), however this view is a short walk away. We have a sofa bed rather than a real bed and whilst the annex can accommodate 2 people it is a basic space ideal for solo travellers! The studio is clean, simple and functional... we are not the lowest price option in Perranporth because a proportion of our AirBnB income supports us participating in marine conservation summits / activities... and so sadly we cannot offer this space at a lower cost. The annex is self contained with no shared facilities. We will greet you on arrival if we are here alternatively you can self check in and we will say hi when we get home. There is info in the studio to make sure you know where everything is. We recognise it is your holiday and respect your privacy, so during your stay we will giving you plenty of space, leaving you to your own devices to enjoy your break and all Cornwall has to offer. We are however of course available and on hand if you need anything housekeeping related, or local recommendations of great places to visit and events that might be on during your stay. Lizzi teaches yoga and is a recreational freedive so can occasionally offer to buddy / safety dive with you. We are right near the beach. Maximum time from studio to the big blue sea is 10 minutes. Our road is quiet, with most of the houses owned by people who have grown up in Perranporth. The coast path to St Agnes or to Holywell Bay and Crantock is well worth walking and if you are lucky you will see seals. Our local pub is The Wateringhole and it is situated right on the beach so you can enjoy your dinner with a view of the most awesome sunsets. The local live music scene is vibrant all year around and there are always a range of potential gigs and festivals to enjoy. The bus stops at the end of our private road, so could not be more convenient. For further afield trips a bus or taxi to Truro will get you on a train to pretty much anywhere in Cornwall. We are a 25 min taxi ride from Newquay airport. The accommodation is modern and basic, with all you need to have an enjoyable beach break. Ideal for individual surfers... and also ok for two.
