ACACIA GROVE | The Right Inn-Tent

Our 1920’s styled glamping accommodation here at Acacia Grove has all the comforts you need under canvas. It is the only luxury tented experience in Arusha. Set in amongst the Rain Trees with a small self catered kitchenette and seating area. Enjoy a fire out under the stars or a hot shower in the jungle bathroom. Wake up to watching monkeys, Dik-Dik Antelopes or even Bush Babies in the garden. What makes this place unique is that we are the only luxury tented experience in Arusha! We are so close to town but completely surrounded by nature and it’s serenity. Our Jungle Bathroom is a novelty for all guests that come through and stay with us. Guests have the tent and garden area to themselves. Glamping at it’s best. The property is shared and boarders the family land so you may go for forest walks, meet the horses, look for birds and wildlife. We also have a farm with pigs, chickens and rabbits that you may go and say hello to. We are available anytime. You will receive a handheld radio on arrival so you can contact us at any point in time. If we are not around we will let you know before hand and one of our staff members will be there to help. The property is safe and there is always someone happy to help if you need it. We want you to be comfortable so please don’t hesitate if you have any questions! Arusha Airport is within 5km of the property. We have a horse riding school right next door that you are welcome to enjoy. Long walks around the property are a special treat. Restaurants and shops are near by. Views of Mt. Meru are visible in and around the area. Arusha town 15-20mins away. Day trips to Arusha National Park, Maji ya Moto Springs, Tarangire National Park are all driving distance from us. Taxis & local motor transport is available. The tent is self-catered so you will need to bring your own groceries. If you wish to go horse riding please contact me so that we can make arrangements with the riding school. All are welcome whether your a beginner or advanced. $30 per person for an hours ride around the property and through the Acacia Forest. It’s family run, so it’s an easy possibility and we are happy to give you the option to enjoy such an experience.
