For an easy and enjoyable stay you need a car. While there are some local buses to fully explore the area a car is necessary. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families. Pool, Garden & Creek: Children need to be supervised at all time and the use of the pool, creek and garden is at your own risk.
