Cottonwood Guest House near FLETC/Artesia

The Cottonwood Guest House is newly renovated and located on our family’s farm. Spring through Fall, green hay fields surround the property. Located in a quiet and scenic rural area, the guest house is only 8 miles from the town of Artesia in Eddy County. You can also easily reach FLETC. Smoking and Pets are not allowed. One bedroom and bathroom—the house has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living areas in a shared space. There is no washer/dryer in the house. Additional clean linens and towels will be provided for longer stays. We recently installed a new air/heating system and replaced our full-size bed with a brand new queen mattress set. You will share our drive way but the guest house is located at the back of our property providing privacy during your stay. The guest house neighbors a small barn and shed. There may be farm equipment parked nearby during your stay but you will always have easy access and parking. During your stay we are available for questions by phone. Our farm is located in a quiet rural area. The house is surrounded by hay fields and wide open blue skies—be sure to catch the sunset! The town of Artesia is a short drive away and offers many activities and great restaurants. We are located in Eddy County.
