Wonjarna Cabin B&B - a Little Slice of Paradise

This lovely studio cabin, situated on our 27 acre farm, is ideal for couples who are looking for a rural getaway, but also want to be close to beaches (15 minutes by car) and towns, our closest of which, Milton, is just 8 minutes away. We raise beef cattle, and have 2 friendly border collies. Our hens will provide you with eggs for a do-it-yourself cooked breakfast, while the bacon is locally sourced! We are happy to host one parent and a child, as long as you're happy to share the king bed! The cabin has reverse-cycle air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, as well as a tower fan, a king-size bed with electric blanket, and a fully-equipped kitchenette including a microwave, hot plate, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc (no oven). The lounge area has two comfy lounge chairs, and a TV with built-in DVD player. In the bathroom there's a shower, vanity, and toilet. Toiletries and a hair dryer are provided, as is all bed and bathroom linen. You'll find eggs and bacon for a cook-it-yourself breakfast, coffee pods, tea, and milk, along with basic kitchen condiments such as sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil, as well as a few surprises. There are 2 verandas where you will find outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Our guests are welcome to use our salt water in-ground pool during the warmer months. Pool towels can be provided on request. We encourage guests to walk around our gardens and paddocks. If you like to fish, you can drop your line into our dam (as long as we have enough water in it) and have a go at catching a bass or two. As we live on a farm, there is always someone here to look after the animals. If my husband and I are away, we have trusted friends who farm-sit for us, therefore there will always be someone here to welcome you, show you around, and answer any questions you might have about the farm, the surrounding area, things to do, restaurants etc. However, if you prefer your privacy, that's OK too. Conjola, situated on the picturesque south coast of NSW, and just 2 1/2 hours from Sydney, is a stone's throw from many beautiful beaches, lakes, national parks, walks, bike and 4 wheel drive trails. The historic village of Milton, renowned for its cafes, restaurants, wineries, boutique shops, and historic theatre, is only an 8 minute drive away. The area also has some great eateries - The Italian Guild at Milton, where authentic Italian fare is served, or the Altar Wine Bar, where you can partake of small bites and great wines. Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant is at Bannisters, a 15 minute drive away, where you can also enjoy delicious tapas and cocktails at Bannisters' ocean view poolside bar. Cupitt's Winery and Kitchen Restaurant is also a popular eating place. Check out my guide book for more recommendations. This area is a very popular summer holiday destination but it is also spectacular in the colder months. On many winter days it is sunny enough for a beach walk or hiking in one of our many National Parks. A 10 minute drive away at Lake Conjola boats and canoes can be hired. You need a car to get around, though there are taxis if you have a big night out! There are 3 steps leading up to the veranda.
