Should find all your kitchen needs. Furnished but simple layout. Outside there are lots of places to roam. Over 150 acres of woods, fields and streams. Daily viewings of deer and turkeys Guests have full access inside and out. Fire pit outside, table chairs and small grill All Access You can call and or text anytime, I am available most weekends from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon in person 10 miles from Ohio river, 7 miles from Maysville, 16 Miles from Fleming Mason airport. 17 miles from 68 Ohio River bridge. Car, motorcycle, gulf cart, bicycle, 4x4, horse, walk. Very secluded rule area. House is on a gravel road 1/4 off main road 2.9 from 62. TV reception is very poor. Cell phone service good. There is a house assistant that can check on the house or pet daily if need be. Bring your own personal WIFI Hot spot for PC or TV connections
