"The Old Dairy" has been lovingly restored & renovated by the current owners. Awake to bird song and fresh bush air. Begin the day viewing the sunrise from your four poster bed and finish it at the outdoor fire pit. The perfect place to escape, rejuvenate and reconnect... time stands still Explore the farm, feed the animals or do absolutely nothing. Recharge with beautiful views & total serenity. The beach and creek of Pottsville are 5 minutes drive & Byron Bay is only 25 minutes drive south. The dairy is an open plan unique space accommodating a couple or a small family of up to 3 children (upon prior request). The original walls and posts have been preserved for character and all the creature comforts added in. There is an electric frypan, a microwave and a BBQ with a side gas burner for all your culinary needs. Lets not forget the fire pit for toasting marshmallows and enjoying a wine. We will always be present during your stay so please call on us should you need anything. The main house is 100m away. We are positioned at the end of a quiet street in a rural area. We live in the original farm house for the area on 55 acres, The Old Dairy is a separate dwelling 100 m from the main house. The surrounds are picturesque and peaceful and well worth a walk. Only 7 minutes from Pottsville village, creek and beaches, 25 minutes from Byron Bay, 10 minutes from Cabarita, 25 minutes from Gold Coast Airport and 10 minutes from the Bluesfest, Splendor in the Grass and Falls festival site. Whether you want trees or beach we have you covered. Cars are essential. The main house shares a driveway with The Old Dairy. Parking for guests is right next to the accommodation.
