'Just Beachy' - Bright and cosy beach themed villa

A comfortable, modern, light & airy 2 bed beach themed holiday home for up to 6 people & 2 dogs . It is conveniently situated very near the A30 between Newquay (7 miles) & St Austell (12 miles). All areas of Cornwall can be accessed within an hour's drive making it ideal for people seeking to explore everything the county has to offer including the most beautiful beaches, coastal walks & quaint harbour towns one can imagine. We are delighted to be 'managed by Anchor Cornish Cottages'. Lounge area with 1 corner sofa (folds out to double bed), a 2 seater sofa and single chair. Large freeview tv and dvd player. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Tea coffee and sugar is provided. Stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and bathroom. In the bathroom there is a bath with electric shower over. Beds are made up for guests and towels and bath mat are supplied. Parking is available for 2 cars in the car parking area opposite the property (spaces not designated). Guests are able to use the on-site cafe and Manor Arms pub, both serve good food and drink. The children's play area can also be used and is situated near the property in full view from the lounge making it both convenient and very safe. As this is a private let regretfully no other facilities on site can be accessed. We live 10 minutes away from the property so are on hand should you call us with any issues. We will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay unless we hear from you. Keys are kept in key-code box - adjacent to the kitchen door. Code will be provided a few days prior to arrival. Our property is situated on the Atlantic Reach Holiday Park which is landscaped and is surrounded by mature trees. There is a patio with outdoor table and 4 chairs to the rear of the property directly leading from the lounge. 2 designated parking spaces in car park opposite the villa
