The accommodation measures 26 m2, very clean and practical, can accommodate form 1 to 4 people maximum, furniture, bedding, linen, household electrical appliances are brand new and of good quality. The main room has one sofa bed, (200x140), TV stand, TV international channels, very fast Wifi, USB & HDMI plugs, extension lead and universal adapters. A kitchen area with dining table, kitchen sink, ventilated oven, induction cooker (x4), dish washer, fridge and freezer, microwave with grill, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and complete set of dishes. The bedroom, a bed (200x140) quite new and very comfortable, 4 pillows, multiple duvets available (very warm, medium or light), a throw, mirrors, a wardrobe with drawers and hangers. The bathroom has toilets, a shower, sink, bathroom cabinet with mirror and a plug, hairdryer, washing machine, towel hanger. A cupboard of service containing and iron and an ironing board, vacuum cleaner as well as domestic necessity. Items that will be supplied: sheets, mattress protector, hand towels, and cloths. As well as soap, shower gel, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, washing up liquid, sponges, serviettes, paper towels cleaning products etc… The accommodation is rented as a whole property meaning you will not be disturbed by others and will have your own privacy. You will only see us for the delivery and return of the keys at the beginning and the end of your stay, unless of course if requested otherwise, as we can access you within 5 minutes and can be reached at any time and will be at your disposal. Your comfort is all that matters to us! ¤ Exceptionally peaceful at less than 15 minutes from the centre of Paris. ¤ The local park is at your disposal right opposite the accommodation. ¤ If you feel like going for a nice walk in the area you have the banks of the river Seine or can go to the “Parc de Creteil” or the “Plaine Sud”. ¤ All types of businesses (convenience stores and super markets) are nearby and on Thursdays, Sunday mornings and Friday afternoons you also have the Choisy market. ¤ You have nearby shopping centres “Belle Epine” , “Creteil Soleil” and “Thiais Village” just 10 minutes away by public transports, at these shopping centres you can access cinemas, restaurants shops and so much more. ¤ The contemporary art museum of Paris "MAC VAL" is in Vitry (10 mins by bus n°183). ¤ Clubs nightlife: “Le Metropolis” at the Bridge of Orly, one of Paris’ biggest clubs with 5 different musical atmosphere under one roof.
