Rural Cotswold Hideaway

A traditional Shepherds Hut in the heart of the Cotswolds. Great Wolford is a beautiful village surrounded by lovely countryside for walks or cyclists making it the perfect weekend getaway. The space sleeps 2 comfortably with a wood burning stove, gas hob, fridge and outside fire pit. Wood is available for the fire pit at a cost of £10/wheelbarrow load. There is an outside loo, shower and standing water supply just outside the hut for washing up as well as full mains electricity. The space is located on a 2 acre organic meadow. It is a private space. There is a main house and outbuildings nearby which are not in use. All of the space is available for guests to use. We live in the nearby village but are accessible to guests on arrival and for any other requirements. Great Wolford is very close to Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Camden which all have a myriad of cafes, shops and restaurants as well as transportation links to London and other major cities. Great Wolford is best accessed by car as there is plenty of parking at the property. There are local taxi firms from Moreton in Marsh train station however.
