We are a covid safe accommodation provider. Located in Edith, a rural village halfway between Jenolan Caves and Oberon, Bimlow Cottage is a welcoming three bedroom home surrounded by picturesque farmland and rolling streams. Escape for a relaxing weekend next to our cosy wood fire. In winter, we often get snow. Read a book by the fire or enjoy playing board games. In spring visit one of the many beautiful gardens, including Mayfield Garden and Hillandale Garden or go trout fishing in the river or Lake Oberon. In summer, pack a picnic and bushwalk in nearby Kanangra-Boyd National Park and swim in the river or under a waterfall. In late summer and autumn, go mushroom picking in the nearby pine forests and cook up a feast! Bimlow Cottage offers you the opportunity to relax and unwind, enjoy nature and connect fully with your friends and family. There is no TV but internet is available. Guests are also welcome to explore the back paddock and meet the sheep and the chooks. We are based on the property next door and are available in person or by phone during your stay. Jenolan Caves, Mayfield Gardens, Kanangra-Boyd National Park, Waldara and the Blue Mountains are all close by. Edith has public land where guests can enjoy a game of tennis or cricket with access to picnic tables. You’ll need a car for your trip here.
