Welcome to my cozy apartment. The apt. is located in a quiet area close to the center. All public transport and many restaurants, bars, clubs and bakeries are within walking distance. The apt. is fully equipped. I look forward to your stay! Welcome to my cozy apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area close to the center of Stuttgart. In the bedroom you will find a large and comfortable (self-built) bed for 2 and a wardrobe. In the living room you will find a large couch (approx. 110 x 220 cm) to relax or for the third person to sleep. In the living room you will find the large 46" HD flat screen TV and a beautiful antique big dining table. From the living room you can enter the small but cozy south-west facing balcony on which you may also enjoy the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a shower. From the apartment you will walk about 10 min. to the "Königsstrasse" (the main shopping street of Stuttgart). To reach the apartment from the airport, you can use the S-Bahn. You will get to the apartment without changing trains in about 35min. If you're traveling in Stuttgart the subway (called U-Bahn in Stuttgart) is just around the corner. Next to the apartment there are many nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Once you finished the booking, I will send you a small guide to the apartment and to the area. Within the guide I also have described a few of my favorite restaurants. You can use the high-speed wireless internet for free. The apartment is fully cleaned and linen and towels are included for all guests. I look forward to your visit! You are welcome to use my washing machine. The Wi-Fi can also be used free of charge. After handing over the keys you are welcome to use the full apartment for yourself. In case of any questions or to get some tips, you will always be welcome to contact me. I'm working for Mercedes-Benz 10km away from the apartment. In urgent cases I could be at the apartment within 20min. The apartment is located in one of the most popular districts of Stuttgart called "Rosenberg". Nearby there are a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, bakeries and bars. You can walk to the "Königsstrasse" and the Milaneo (the new shopping center in Stuttgart). Another option is to use the subway that is close to the apartment. The "Theodor-Heuss-Strasse" with many clubs is also reachable within 10 min walk. Summarized you will live in a very central location but the neighborhood itself is very calm at night. 3 mins to the subway 10 mins to the S-Bahn
