Taormina-with garden, swimming pool and lake view
The new two-storey villa enjoys a stratospheric panoramic view and generates unique lakefront emotions. The glass and aluminum parapets that delimit it on the panoramic side widen the view, in the large equipped garden you have the protection of the hill on one side and the relaxation offered by the majestic mass of water of Lake Iseo on the other; the electric barbecue adds conviviality. The master bedroom is embellished with a full-length window, to make you embrace the lake and enjoy the wonderful view of Montisola. In the common areas, wellness is completed by the infinity pool with whirlpool and solarium, the fitness area and the spa with sauna and Turkish bath. Arranged on 80 sqm and very airy thanks to the skilful optimization of spaces, the villa has on the first floor a living room furnished in a modern style with sofa bed and flat screen TV, the first bathroom and a kitchen with induction plates, oven, kettle and pod coffee maker. Upstairs there is the second bathroom, again with suspended sanitary ware, and the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a double sofa bed and the master bedroom with a full-length window. A private garage is available and, during the tourist months, unlimited Wi-Fi. Not far from the villa is the center of Parzanica, characterized by the Romanesque church of the Holy Trinity, the historic hamlet and the Acquaiolo village with several rustic-style houses; a little more than 5 minutes heading towards the lake you will find Tavernola Bergamasca, close to the shores and the charming old town with all the facilities. Ideal for those who aspire to the peak. A little less than an hour from Milan, Bergamo and their international airports, the hamlet stands out due to the fine lakeside promenade characterized by medieval alleys, settings and views, above all the Fenaroli Tower which dominates the town. In front of it stands Montisola, on both sides the houses thin out, making the area an oasis surrounded by water; in addition, towards the north you come across the Bogn ravine, with the mountain curled up on itself and the natural arches overlooking the road. A short distance away are the slopes of Montecampione, Colere and Monte Pora for walking and skiing, the Presolana massif for hiking at high altitude, the cellars of Franciacorta for tastings, Boario for the thermal baths and Valcamonica, with its 300 thousand rock carvings, for archaeological tourism.
