Our Place By The Lake

Welcome to the beautiful Chautauqua Lake!!! Year round beautifully updated 3 bed/1.5 bath waterfront Condo located in Bayberry Landing. Quiet, peaceful and picturesque describes this 3rd floor Condo. The sunset views are amazing from your private deck. This complex has lake front property with a dock at water’s edge. Open floor plan with fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with all new Stainless Steel Appliances, and utility room with a new Washer and Dryer! Guest access: Tennis court, dock and a play area. The dock is not available for rentals at this time. Boats can be launched from public launches (Long Point State Park). There are 2 Kayaks and life jackets that are at your disposal. You must wear or at least bring the life jackets, the marshals check when you are on the water. Fishing poles and accessories are available for all to use, deck furniture and umbrella provided as well as lawn chairs, Other things to note We provide towels, bed linens, and toiletry items! Kitchens are stocked with all the essential plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Bring food and drink and enjoy! The entire Condo is available for guest use. There is one main entrance to the building that provides access to the Condos. There are two condos per floor, the building has 3 floors. There is no elevator. If the need arises, we will be available via phone or text. From the Condo it is a short drive to the Chautauqua Institute, Midway Amusement Park, golf courses, Panama Rocks, countless wineries, Bemus Point and Long Point State Park.
