Our comfortable 90 sq.mt apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building without a lift. Internally the accommodation consists of: ★ CAMERA 1: lovely double bedroom independent from the rest of the house, equipped with a double bed and large wardrobe. ★ ROOM 2: equipped with 1 single bed, wardrobe and desk ★ LIVING AREA: with relaxation area, double sofa bed and TV. ★ KITCHEN: has a fridge with freezer, stove, electric and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer and moka. ★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet. ★ SERVICE BATHROOM: with sink, toilet and washing machine. ★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Air Conditioning (1 split in the kitchen), TV, WIFI, 2 fans, central heating with termovalvole, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 3 balconies. Guest Access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING. We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival. Other things to highlight At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows: - between 9.30pm and 11.00pm: € 25 - between 23. 00 and 24. 00: 30 euros - over 24. 00: euro 40
