Elegance big apartment in the centre of Sermoneta, near Rome and the beaches of Sabaudia. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each per room), living room, large terrace and outdoor living with great view. Ideal for family. For weekly stay, free entrance to the open pool with sunchairs and umbrella 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Possibility to use the Private SPA (sauna, turkish bath, iacuzzi, relax room) with an extra cost. The entrance to the SPA is exclusive and lasts 90 minutes. “Le camere Pinte” is a Medieval Stone Court of 1.400 completely restored and modernized, made up of three large, bright and indipendent apartments located in three different floors of the Court for the complete privacy of the guests. In each apartment our guests can feel the charm of the past combined with the comfort of the modern forniture (internet wi fi, washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso coffe maker, tv sat, dvd player, full equipped kitchen, orthopedic beds). Each apartment is made up of 2 large bedrooms (for 5 or 6 guests), 2 bathrooms with shower, a full equipped kitchen, a dining room with big table, a living room with sofà and tv, and beautiful terrace with umbrella, table and chairs for the outdoor living to enjoy the great view over the sea. Air conditioning in the living room (extra fee). The Stone Court is located in the historical centre of Sermoneta (our guests can park the car in front of the apartment) and it is the ONLY authorized and certified by the Government of Sermoneta in incoming foreign turists. The new private SPA is made up of a turkish bath of Carrara marble, a finnish sauna of cedar wood, a relax area with chromoterapy and musicoterapy, a large jacuzzi with 8 whirlpool and chromoterapy. The use of the SPA is exclusive and only by reservation (no other guests will stay with you, your partner, your family or friends when you are into the Spa) and the wellness program lasts 90 minutes. Possibility to rent several apartments in the same Court. I often interact with the guests providing them any required support for their vacation. I will not be present in the house during the guest vacation period but I can reach my guests always in 20 minutes. During the Private Spa I am available to my guests.
