Tiny Studio in Central District near C.S.

Our Tiny Studio with private entrance, is located near Central Station (200 meters) in the city center of Rotterdam. A 5 minute walk will take you directly into the heart of Rotterdam center. The Central Distict has a lot to offer. Nice restaurants and shops, musea and galleries. A perfect stay to explore the city of Rotterdam or Amsterdam by train! If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay! The studio is recently rebuilt complete with bathroom and kitchinette|pantry. It is problably the nicest, sweetest and smallest studio (16m2) in the central district. Only 200m from Central Station. It has a private entrance and it is located in the garden of our corner house. The kitchenette has a nespresso coffee machine, a watercooker, two induction cooking plates, a microwave, a tiny refrigerator and a hand held blender. To save space, we have a Hemnes Ikea sofa bed. It is a sofa bed with two good new mattresses. Within 3 actions, the bed is ready for use. (Everything has already been put up and is in the drawers of the sofa bed (couch)). The Tiny Studio is seperate, private entrance from the street around the corner. De garden is the not for use. Guests can use the 2 chairs at the street bewteen the pots and plants next to our house, or for a picknick at the Singel. The studio is a separate building with direct and private entrance. It is like a hotelroom, but without a lobby. However with a kitchinette allowing you to warm up food or cook simple meals. The space is all yours. You do not have to share services with others. Guests can use the 2 chairs at the street bewteen the pots and plants next to our house, or for a picknick at the Singel. We fully respect the privacy of our guests and as we are living in the main house we are standby for questions. The studio is located 200m from central station. Walking out the north side of CS you directly enter the beautiful historical Spoorsingel at which the main house is located. The area is rich of nice places to visit or hangout… like restaurants and lunchrooms and cultural places all within (short) walking distance like: Dakakker, The Luchtsingel Promenade, Hofbogen, Annabel, Schieblock, Biergarten, De Lijnbaan (shopping) and the Museum Area etc. Located only 200 meters from Central Station it is perfectly reachable by public transport (train, bus, tram, subway and a busstop to the airport rotterdam and taxi's). Only 25minutes by train to Schiphol airport. 40minutes to Amsterdam Central. Next to this it is also easy to reach by car and there is enough parking space (pay only). The house is really in the center and therefor an expensive parking tariff applies 7 days a week from early morning till 23.00. Rotterdams had several transferium near the public transport for cheaper parking: transferium Melanchtonweg Rotterdam park and ride The tiny studio is 16m2. The studio has a sleeping couch (Hemnes Ikea), a table and 2 chairs, a closet and kitchenette. The bathroom/toilet is separate. As you can see on the pictures: the nicest, sweetest tiny studio of the Central District Rotterdam! Basic products such as sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil are available. Welcome coffee and thee is also available. Before you decide to book, please consider the following : - Non-smokers are preferred as our entire property including garden is non -smoking area. Smoking is possible at the street in the front of the studio please. - We need quiet guests as the room is in a residential area. Just like home we expect you to respect the location and the neighbors. - Guests need to have several good reviews already - All guests need to provide ID - No additional guests or visitors on the premises other than those who have booked. - Please introduce yourself , purpose of your visit, with whom etc. Thanks! - Tiny Studio is seperate, private entrance from the street around the corner.
