A luxury self-catering holiday apartment offering exquisite uninterrupted ocean views. The apartment is perfectly located in the Pebble Beach Complex, Ocean Drive, Chaka’s Rock on the pristine north coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal. The modern five sleeper apartment is well furnished, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is ensuite, while the twin and single room share a second bathroom that offers guests both a bath and a shower. Two air conditioned bedrooms and the lounge area have sliding doors opening onto a stunning sea facing patio where one can watch the waves crashing onto the rocks below. All rooms have ceiling fans to accommodate the hot summer days. A modern open plan kitchen with granite counter tops is fitted with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge, equipped with DSTV, flat screen TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi system, opens onto a magnificent patio that runs the full length of the apartment. It is furnished with loungers, an 8 seater dining table and a gas braai. The unit has secure off road parking for two vehicles (one undercover and one open) that is guarded by 24 hour security. The apartment is situated on the third floor and is accessed via a flight and a half of stairs (there is no lift in the complex). A cleaning service is included once a week and is available for additional days at an extra charge of approximately R220 per half day if arranged before arrival with the owner. The entire Apartment Owner wont interact with guests as they live in Johannesburg, but they will be able to provide telephonic help if need be. Nearby amenities include shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses, micro lighting, fishing and of course lovely beaches and scenic walks on your doorstep. King Shaka International Airport is 25km south of Ballito. Salt Cafe that sells delicious pizza and breakfasts and offers free wifi is a one minute walk from the apartment. Lifestyle center and Ballito Junction (4km from apartment) is the main shopping area of Ballito offering all your major grocery outlets, fashion chains and fast food stores. The Tiffany Centre (4km) is a smaller centre, but also offers a SPAR, Clicks, and various restaurants. Please note that there is no wifi/internet at the apartment. The apartment is based on the second floor which is accessed by a flight of stairs. This apartment is therefore not wheelchair friendly.
