Your 95m2 (including balconies) apartment is discreetly situated at the back of a harmonious complex with escarpment and sea views. We welcome you to use the Electrolux washing machine, Simpson dryer and tiny Bosch dishwasher. There is a new microwave oven, fridge and smart TV. So, while the apartment is simple, it has a sense of space and some quality features, including new crockery, cutlery and cookware. In time, we hope to acquire edible plants for your enjoyment. The apartment is within easy walking distance to Thirroul Library, Thirroul IGA (check out its amazing cheese selection), some specialty shops, a few bars and a couple of pubs. Thirroul Pool is 500 meters away, and then there's the user friendly bike track leading north and south - your choice. If you'd like a challenge try hiking to Sublime Point, or alternatively, indulge in a massage from qualified providers located in the main street. The bookshop on King Street is well worth a browse - Thirroul is the home of D.H. Lawrence after all. You might like to catch a show at Anita's Theatre or just chill with Netflix. The great thing is that you can hide away at home one minute, be at the beach the next then make a bee line to your favourite cafe without even getting in the car. It's a great location with a friendly community vibe. Thirroul Train Station is approximately one kilometre south while Austinmer Station is equally accessible, being about 850 metres to the north if you cut through the back streets.
