Two large and comfortable bedrooms and breakfast in attractive and cosy mid-terrace. Quality beds, linen & towels in warm, well-presented and comfortable home. Sofa bed also avail. Private, peaceful and attractive location (rare in a town centre), traditional attractive terrace with lovely rooms. Entire house is avail on request. There is a comfy lounge, well-appointed kitchen, airy and sunny conservatory and pretty, private town-style garden. The spotless bathroom is located next to bedrooms, with over bath shower. Parking requires a permit, which is available on arrival. You are welcome to help yourself to a good selection of breakfast things and use the kitchen/washer etc. You have free access to wireless internet and Sky media television package. You can come and go as you please and enjoy the house and garden as much or as little as you wish. The neighbours are friendly and the local people are happy to give directions and share their opinions on favourite restaurants. I always leave a booklet of information and my contact number so feel free to get in touch any time. Newark is an attractive traditional market town with lots of interesting history and places to discover. My house is very central, within walking distance of the Castle, Tourist Information and gorgeous independent shops and a full market on Wednesdays and Saturdays; quite a pretty sight, with coffee shops to sit and enjoy the scene from. The house is close to public transport, local shops and restaurants. Permit parking is available on the street (I can give you a permit on arrival). It is easy to drive/catch buses or trains to surrounding towns, rural villages, lovely countryside and plenty of places of interest. I usually check my email once a day in the evenings, so don't be concerned if I don't answer straight away - I will get there
