Quiet, Spacious Apartment

Large, studio apartment located in a quiet, wooded location. Convenient to Camden, Rockport, Rockland and midcoast communities. Perfect for an individual. Surrounded by gardens and hills. Private deck lets you enjoy it all. The space is a large, bright studio apartment that is separate from the main house but shares a common entrance. The apartment has a NEW queen bed with an additional sofabed. The kitchen is fully stocked with a 2-burner cook top, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, coffee pot & keurig, tea pot, toaster, dishes, cooking & eating utensils, pots & pans, and a full refrigerator. You can grill on the deck, star gaze , explore the woods & wildlife (fox, turkey, deer, moose, birds, birds) or take a short walk to see beautiful blueberry fields and surrounding hills. The apartment has been retrofitted for energy efficiency. There are systems in place to make it easy for you to recycle and/or compost. Within minutes you have access to great hiking and boating, skiing, wonderful restaurants, cultural events, art, and scenic beauty. We love to meet people and want to make your stay here enjoyable. I am available to help with planning your special visit to the midcoast but if you just want peace and quiet this is the place for you. When school is in session I am gone during the day at school and home most evenings. Just let me know what you need. We live on a quiet, hilly, wooded street. There are 6 houses on our street with a lot of space between houses. It gets dark at night and it is quiet, making for a chance to see stars and hear the owls at night. Having your own transportation is necessary and would make it easier to access all the midcoast has to offer. We are conveniently located between Camden and Rockland. We have one cat. She has never been in the apartment.
