This 75 sqm apartment unit is located in the very central area of Bangkok bustling city. It is called Silom area where lot of activities, fun, business, mall and convenience. This large apartment is in the very quiet called soi Silom 3. Both BTS skytrains and subways are within walking distance less than 10 minutes. Lot of restaurants, night markets, malls and many cool places are nearby. You can enjoy eating, partying, strolling n shopping from my place effortlessly with few steps away. You can put many clothes in here - Basin and large dressing mirror - Shower room and toilet - Air conditioning system Common area - 1 sofa bed leather cover size 5x6.5 foot - dining table and chairs - 40inch LED tv with local cable - Washing machine - Drying rack in the garden area (outside) - Kitchen (electric stove, kettle, microwave, plates and many dishes, fridge, basin, many silverware and basic cooking tools.) - Cupboard in the common area where you can put things in. - Air conditioning system This private apartment is all yours while your stay. Please feel free to enjoy. There are 3 air conditioning system. This unit is a new unit fully decorated by our family. Its a great, private and quiet unit. You dont need to climb the stairs. It is located quietly on the main floor (1st floor) in the garden area where we planted and put many trees around this apartment to keep it privately. We also have security 24 hours. It is very safe to stay in this apartment. We also installed digital door lock for this apartment. Enjoy! We have security 24 hours. There is no curfew going in and out. If you need assistance during at night you can always ask our security guy. The entire apartment is yours so feel free. The cleaning is only do it upon check out. During your stay if you want to have your unit clean please hep yourself ok or you can hire our housekeeper to help you. However this is a home. It is good if you and your group can do it together. Normally, I dont disturb or keep checking guests while their stay. The entire place is all yours. I want you to feel like you are living here in Bangkok city. It is a good starting point to cruise to anywhere in Bangkok easily. Many cool shops and food stalls are nearby for you to explore. Many new hipster coffee shops and great shops to check out.
