Judith and Mike's Valencia House

Judith & Mike's Valencia house is in an established Valencia neighborhood. The house is a traditional Filipino home in a very quiet and safe town, close to the Valencia plaza. We just added aircon in the living room/kitchen area.The plaza is known for being the social gathering place, a small fresh food market, some of the best and most affordable street vendor food every night, outdoor Zumba at night, and friendly people. Valencia is 10-15 minutes from Dumaguete at a higher cooler elevation. Either our caretaker or I will be available 24 hours/7 days a week Our house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood at elevation near the Valencia square. We just added new aircon in the Living room/Kitchen great room. The internet is very fast 50MBPS and there is 130+ TV channels there are tricycles, jeepneys, rental cars, and rental motorbikes available to take you to wherever you want to go. Ask Anna and she will help you with where to find local transportation or family has a multicab and a Jeepney for larger groups or large items
