Imagine a comfortable and charming three bedroom self contained cottage set in beautiful farmland 7 k's drive from Yea . You will enjoy the absolute privacy and quietude. For bike riders we are 2.7K's from the Great Vic Rail trail along a quiet unsealed country lane. Our Cottage is ideal for guests looking for a quiet weekend or longer stay in a farm setting. Enjoy the warmth of a log fire on arrival and air-conditioned cool in the summer months. Enjoy visiting the many attractions in this area including bike riding on the Great Victorian Rail trail (2.7K's ride away down a country lane), water sports on Lake Eildon and the snow at Mt Buller and Lake Mountain. The cottage is a three bedroom self contained dwelling set separately from our home. The cottage does not currently have a ramp for wheelchair access. We love meeting people and enjoy a chat with guests, we have lived in Yea for 24 years and can put you right with local directions, places to visit and the best places to eat out. We also respect your privacy Outlook cottage is situated 3 k's from the scenic Great Vic Rail Trail tucked away along a quite country road but not far from the Melba Highway. Enjoy a walk through farmland or climb the Big Hill for a spectacular view. If you are travelling by public transport there is a twice daily V line bus to and from Melbourne. *Price includes breakfast supplies *we are on site but the cottage is detached from our home and completely private with a separate entrance * we are double vaccinated against covid and require guests to be vaccinated
