Small self contained apartment at top of my house

Top floor of my Victorian 3 story house. Nice private space for up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms and a shower room. 1 double bed and 2 single beds which can be put together to make double bed. One bedroom can have limited cooking facilities, on request. A private and flexible space for 1 - 4 people. If there are more of you, I also rent out another room on the floor below. 7 minutes walk to a Zone 2 station with fast frequent trains into all parts of central London. 10-20 minutes to centre. Top floor of my house. You use the same entrance as me and walk up my stairs to your private space. This creates a secure, private cosy space for up to 4 people. It is like having your own apartment. Please note that because I live here and there may be other guests in the house, all guests must be able to show that they have been fully vaccinated. You have the whole top floor, but guests are also welcome in the dining room at the bottom of the house and in the garden, which is lovely in summer time. You will often find me in one of those places, if you want to ask questions. Guests are welcome to use my kitchen to prepare cold food or to heat things in the microwave, but cannot do any cooking in my kitchen. A fridge, microwave and small cooker can be setup on the top floor, in one of the bedrooms, if you want? Please let me know in advance? From these you can see feedback from other guests. I love the neighborhood. The immediate area is very quiet and I know all my neighbors well and it is very friendly. Just ask, and you will get help with anything! And yet the essential shops - food and all the basics, are less than 4 minutes walk away, including a regular bustling fruit and vegetable market. Only 7 minutes walk to the best transport links into all parts of central London. The trains are frequent and fast - 9 minutes to London Bridge, Cannon St and the City. 15 Minutes to Waterloo or Charring Cross (Trafalgar Square, Theatres, Shops). 20 minutes to Victoria. Lewisham Station is in Zone 2 so getting into London is not only fast but relatively (it is London!) cheap. Lewisham station is on the tube network (DLR line) but it also has the National Rail trains, that are much quicker and nicer, that go into all parts of London. Parking is available but must be paid for, although at a reduced visitor rate if arranged in advance. The house is only a minute drive from one of the main artery roads of London the A20, which can get you onto the M25 in 10 minutes.
