Cozy Studio Unit in MPlace Panay Ave. Quezon City

The unit is only 20 sqm and can fit 2-3 adult guests. The space is maximized and all basic needs for comfort are provided. Despite the limited space, we created a room with door for privacy designed especially for couples. This makes the unit perfect for guests with children. Children may use the sofa bed. Two toned lights is installed. There is also a COB LED light installed on the wall for a dramatic movie/TV night or while surfing the internet. The place is very quiet perfect for relaxation. Guests are most welcome to stay in my unit. There's an internet and cable TV. Complete utensils are provided for those guests who want to cook. Basic toiletries are provided such as tissue, toothpaste, soap, alcohol, shampoo and lotion. There is free purified water. Complementary coffee and tea are also provided. * Please note that the parking fee is not included in the fees indicated on the site. If you wish to bring your car, there is a mall parking where you can safely park your car. The fee is around 300 pesos for overnight parking. It is a bit expensive, so think about bringing your car. Another option though is for you to take Uber, Grab or Taxi to avoid the high parking fees. It's very easy to book Uber/Grab or take a cab on the area. *It is important to note that there is a separate payment for swimming for Php150 per guest per day. For holidays, the rate is Php300. It will be paid in the admin office. Those who wish to avail the swimming pool must see the admin office before 5:30 pm. The admin office issues ticket after payment of the fee. Please book ahead of the holidays. The admin is closed during holidays and if you book on a late notice, you might not be able to use the pool. For those who will stay longer than 5 days, tell me ahead if you wish to use the swimming pool within your entire stay so we can make arrangements on how to minimize the pool fee. Very Important Update: The recent incident in the unit forced me to decide to limit the cooking to “per request”. There is no additional fee but I need to know if you will cook or not because the alarm is very sensitive. There were instances that the alarm was triggered because guests either were smoking or cooked food without turning on the exhaust. PLEASE NOTE: Fee posted does not include electricity, cable/internet and monthly dues. Deposit of P5,000 is required before check in for the utilities. wifi, cable tv, pool, mall i respect privacy but if you need any help, you can always call me anytime of the day or night. M Place is located at Panay Avenue. Going to the place is very easy. From Quezon Avenue MRT station, there is trycicle (beside McDonalds) which the guest may ride going to the condominium. It is in fact walking distance from the MRT Quezon Avenue Station. The place is near Timog Avenue, ABS-CBN, GMA, Centris Mall, Trinoma and SM North Edsa. LRT, Taxi, Jeepney, Very Accessible Area Basic necessities are provided for your convenient. toiletries such as tissue, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and soap are free. there is free drinking water. aside from watching cable TV or surfing the internet, guests can also read pocketbooks or magazines (back issues). Be careful when cooking. The electric stove does not cool down immediately. Do not put any plastic container or anything plastics near the stove right after cooking to avoid any untoward incident. Please avoid making any unnecessary mess. Be kind to the cleaner and to the next occupants. If you break something, be kind enough to replace it or leave money for the replacement.
