Located in the arts district with its many bars, cafes, incredible restaurants and shops and you’ll still enjoy a very quiet stay in the quiet apartment unaffected by the noise from the street. The space is perfect for a small family too. This is an inner city two bedroom 54sqm apartment plus balcony. Main bedroom has a queen bed and the second smaller bedroom has a double bed and there is no window in the second bedroom. The sofa bed is for one adult and but can fit two. For 5 people the apartment will be a bit crowded, for 4 it’s comfortable and for two, it’s spacious. All the basics and more are provided, washing machine and dryer, iron, air con, heating, hair dryer and super fast NBN wifi internet. Basic cooking condiments, a dishwasher, cleaning products, shampoo and soaps are also conveniently supplied. The apartment also comes with two new bikes that you can get around the whole city with!
