The Villa is our family house , where since over 40 years we spend our holiday periods. Situated on a hill, enjoys a panoramic view of the countryside of the Pisan Hills with stunning sunsets and a fresh and windy climate even during the hottest day. The house has 16 beds with the possibility of another 4 added (for a total of 20 guests). At your disposal the entire building, the park around the house, the services (gas barbeque and wood, bicycles, table tennis, football, billiards professional, swimming pool and relaxation areas around it). On the back under a large patio is the outdoor dining area (with seating for> 16 people) where there are two wood stoves to make pizza, bread and other foods. There is also a barbeque wood charcoal and one gas. In the back of the Villa there is the swimming pool, which has a special area for children with water depth of 50 cm. The rest of the pool is deep 150 cm at maximum. Accessed with comfortable and large scales, there are also sessions with tub. It's a saltwater swimming pool with a low concentration of chlorine, ideal for children. The surrounding park, between olive trees, pine trees, fruit trees, forest and lawn are at your disposal to stroll around our nature trail in the woods or to offer rest and relaxation in the shade of the canopy of our pine trees. For your entertainment are available a ping pong table, foosball, billiards, bowling green and children's play area. For your sports: mountain bike, exercise bike and near the house, tennis court / football rentable and horses. For the winter season, the heating is counted according to consumption, from reading the gas meter, to the cost applied by the service provider. An advance on consumption and the balance on departure may be required. Payment will be made on site It is possible to regulate the temperature and duration of operation by means of a thermostat according to your needs. We will be near to the Villa, but we'll not invade your privacy and relax. We are at your disposal to provide information and support and make your vacation unforgettable: we can suggest itineraries, give informations about places where you can buy wine or local food, arrange a good cook to taste of Tuscan specialities or help you to book a ticket for your favorite concert ... The Villa is connected with the main cities and tourist destinations of Tuscany (Florence, Siena, Volterra, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Viareggio) and accessible via the airports (Pisa and Florence) as well as freeways and highways. It is ideal for family groups with children or friends who want to spend their vacation in privacy, in nature and in the flavours of typical products of Tuscany cuisine (olive oil, Chianti wine).
