Villa Sparta located in village Ein Ya'akov in western Galilee. Spacious wooden terrace with 18 sq.m. heated, roofed and fenced pool, Hot Tub. Sparta site includes 8 bedrooms Villa and 3 private wooden Suites with private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. Snooker and poker tables, karaoke room. Outdoor dining & siting areas, ping-pong table, 2 big BBQ grills, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, aqua-bar. Ideal for families with children and group of Spartans up to 25(40) persons. Sparta is big complex which includes open terrace with 18 sq. m pool, Hot tub, sun beds, sitting area with big table, lot of chairs, big gas and charcoal BBQ grills, 3 floors Villa with 8 bedrooms and 3 private spartan wooden Suites with private entrance, kitchenette, bathrooms (2 of them has also indoor jacuzzi). >Villa has 3 floors. - On the ground floor there is lounge with big dining table, TV zone, coaches, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, WC. Fully equipped kitchen and additional kitchenette includes: side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, aqua-bar, 2 gas stoves, oven, microwave, cookware and silverware. - On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has indoor bathroom. - On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms. Karaoke room with poker and snooker tables. > 3 wooden suites with private entrances: Suite 1 includes: king-size bed, sofa bed for 1, sofa, bathroom, indoor jacuzzi, small table kitchenette with fridge, microwave, teapot. Suite 2 includes: king-size bed, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, teapot. Suite 3 includes: king-size bed, sofa bed for 2, bathroom, indoor jacuzzi, small table kitchenette with fridge, microwave, teapot. Open terrace with 18 sq.m roofed & heated & fenced pool, Hot tub, sun beds, 2 BBQ gas and charcoal. Indoor snooker and poker tables, karaoke room. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor ping-pong. Basketball/football court & mini-market is in 1 min walk. I live in another city, but you can contact me on any issue. You are welcome to call on mobile or text on whatsap. My partner will meet you in person when you arrive, in case you need anything during your stay, he will be also in charge to help you. Upper Galilee's area offer endless list of attractions: 1 - Kayaking / Rafting in the mountainous Jordan River; 2 - UTV / Jeep trips; 3 - Various guided hikes; 4 - Horse riding; 5 - Wine Route Golan Heights; 6 - Sea of Galilee (Lake Kineret); 7 - Zip-line into the water; 8 - Paintball; 9 - Archery; 10 - Banias Nature Reserve (springs, waterfalls, Banias/Hermon streams); 11 - Hula Nature Reserve, Agamon HaHula (birdwatching); 12 - Yehudiya Nature Reserve (popular hiking area); 13 - Nahal Iyyun Nature Reserve (creek-side trails); 14 - Escape Rooms (Kibbutz HaGoshrim, Kibbutz Amir, Lahavot HaBashan). * Bring please charcoal for the barbecue. * Suitable for small house trained dogs. Don't let them, please, to sleep on the furniture/beds and do not leave them alone in the house. * Guests with small children will be provided with portable infant cribs and high chair (by prior notice). * For Shabbat keepers there is a shabbat hot plate and special electric kettle. * Formal check-in/check-out times are standard, however if you want an early check-in/later check-out badly enough, it could be discussed :-) * I do not charge cleaning fees, but I would ask you to wash the kitchenware by yourself.
