There is a large decking area to the front of the property with spectacular panoramic views of the Mawddach Estuary and the Llyn Peninsula. The property is within easy reach of the Mawddach trail, Ideal for walkers and cyclists. As the property is in quite a remote area it is Perfect for people looking for a quiet get away. Llety Aur sleeps six guests. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 is a twin room and there is a bed settee in living area. One bathroom with shower and separate WC with hand basin. Bed linen is included and one set of towels per guest. No beach towels. Equipped Kitchen and dining area. Comfortable living room with free view television and DVD player. Large decking area with views across the Cardigan bay, the Llyn Peninsula and the Mawddach Estuary. There's garden furniture for you to sit and unwind while enjoying the views. Parking spaces in front of the caravan. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make a hot drink on arrival. * Due to the current situation, we have removed DVDs and board games from the caravan, but they are available on request. We also have guide books and maps available if you would like more information on local walks and cycle routes * Guests have the whole caravan to themselves including large decking area. Parking for two vehicles (additional parking is available nearby) and grassy area behind caravan. Fairbourne has shops, restaurants, an arcade and launderette. 15 miles from Coed y Brenin forest park and mountain bike centre. 12 miles from the Mach loop. 7 miles from the busy market town of Dolgellau nestled in the foothills of Cader Idris. Morfa Mawddach Train station and bus stop nearby. Bus stop nearby (28 bus route). 1.6 miles to Morfa Mawddach station. Trains travel to Pwllheli and Machynlleth.
