If we summarize the enthusiastic reactions from our guests, it comes down to this: - beautiful old Italian farmhouse, with good wifi, music - Richly equipped kitchen for cooking and baking - fantastic terrace for breakfast, lunch and dinner (BBQ). Lying in the sun; children in the children's pool on the terrace; traditional pizza oven! - large play-nature garden (70-110m) with a swing, games, a lovely swimming pool (8x4m), fruit trees and a big pond. - and the view is incredible (approx. 50 km)! Beautifully renovated authentic farmhouse / villa, with a large terrace, swimming pool. Surrounded by a large garden / park of 70x110 meters, with fruit trees, a large pond and plenty of space to play. Downstairs sitting room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom (with a bath). Upstairs 3 bedrooms, all with authentic bedroom furniture. Good WiFi throughout the house, but also network connections. There are shutters and mosquito nets, and a ceiling fan in each room. And the view is incredible. You can see about 50 km from the terrace, and see the mountains on the left and a piece of the sea on the right. A car is actually necessary. If you fly, these can be rented at all airports or near stations. There is a good train from Bologna to Fermo/Porto San Giorgio or a good bus from Rome also to Porto San Giorgio. From there, a car is still needed, because Casa Tosca is located at an altitude of about 300 meters. The beach is about 20-25 minutes drive. Beach towels and toys are provided. There is a traditional pizza-oven.
