Self-catering, luxurious apartment in Hinterthal, part of the Hochkonig region. Seconds from hiking trails into the mountains, cycle track, golf courses and restaurants with stunning views. Two log burning fires await at the end of the day. A short drive to Maria Alm for shopping but far enough away from the hectic outside world, the ClubHotel offers the chance to unwind in a unique apartment so luxurious that only the promise of a days perfect hiking can tempt those relaxing within! You will have access to the whole apartment except for one cupboard which is locked. It has our ski clothes in it so please don't open it. The doors have been damaged by others trying unfortunately. There will be a manager nearby to help with any immediate questions or concerns you may have otherwise, you can always email me. The area is excellent for skiing, hiking, climbing and biking. There are maps in the apartment and a tourist information office in Maria Alm. An information booklet is available that I can send if you want a more detailed account of things to do in the area. There is a regular bus service into the villages nearby and a train station in Saalfelden. All bedding and towels are included. CODE OF CONDUCT. New rules that take effect from December 18th 2020. Guest obligations The Code of Conduct imposes certain behaviour standards on guests in short-term rental accommodation, including: You must not make noise that unreasonably disrupts your neighbours. ****Please could you make sure that after 11pm, you are not in or around the lake as the noise carries and disturbs others. This is very important.***** You must not cause damage to the premises, including any common property in a strata scheme or association property in a community scheme You are responsible for the actions of your visitors and must ensure they comply with the behaviour standards set out in the code. If you don’t meet your obligations under the code, you could face penalties such as warning notices, fines or being added to the exclusion register. A person who is listed on the exclusion register is prohibited from participating in the short-term rental accommodation industry for five years.
