A newly built, luxury 1st floor apartment, located in the center of Alonissos. Welcome to our stylish new apartment in Patitiri. You will find it a spacious and comfortable place that catches the sea breeze and remains cool at all times of the day. It is immaculate and contemporary, designed exclusively for people who are looking for a relaxed stay. From the moment you arrive, you will feel the friendly atmosphere of our home. All our amenities are new, modern and of the highest quality. Our home easily accommodates four guests. It has: • Two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all with new mattresses. • One sparkling clean bathroom, with full-size bath, wash basin and toilet. • A fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances (fridge, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking pots, crockery, cutlery, utensils, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper). • Four balconies, two facing out to the sea port and two overlooking the neighbourhood and countryside. The main balcony is equipped with table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals outside. • Insect screens fitted across all windows and doors. • Spacious lounge room with large and comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, fresh bath towels, cotton bed linen, first aid kit, iron and ironing board, a solar system that provides hot water all day long and free parking in front of the house. All areas of the house are accesible and available for your use. Our warm welcome with local products will be waiting for you, when you arrive. We will meet you at the port when you arrive and drive you to the house, free of charge, just let us know your arrival time. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the center of the island and there is easy access to the bus station, supermarkets, traditional shops with local products, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes, bank, post office, community clinic, car and motorbike rentals, restaurantes, bars, boutiques. You can easily park your car on the road in the front of the house. The port is three minutes distance by the car. There you can find the bus station, taxi and boats for daily cruises around the island.
