Brimming with natural light, this contemporary residence is defined by an impressive balcony taking in spectacular city views. It offers open-plan living with a large dining table as well as seating on the balcony. In the lounge area, relax on the comfortable sofa in front of a flat screen smart TV, with Apple TV, Netflix and Stan provided. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all the cooking utensils needed to whip up a meal. There are two bedrooms within the apartment. The master is fitted with a plush queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a large king-sized bed, both topped with hotel quality linens. Each room has heating and air-conditioning creating a comfortable year-round retreat and there are built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. Both bathrooms are perfectly presented with a generously sized shower, toilet and mirrored vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries for your perusal. Guests have access to an internal washing machine and dryer, located within a cupboard. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! We’re fully contactable before, during and after your stay should you have any questions. Other than that, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy yourselves! Rich in history and culture with industrial roots, today Collingwood is one of Melbourne’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. It combines quirky cafes, coffee shops and trendy bars with acclaimed restaurants, galleries and lifestyle boutiques. Café favourites include Aunty Peg’s and Smith Street Alimentari, while coffee aficionados should head for Proud Mary and Acoffee. Cibi is worth checking out for its Japanese homewares within a light-filled warehouse space, while The Hub General Store offers a curated collection of unique, functional pieces. Enjoy drinks at notable bars such as Nighthawks and Rupert on Rupert. From Collingwood station you can hop on the train and be in the city centre within minutes. To get into the city, it's a short walk to the tram stop. Catch the 12 or 109 tram from Wellington Street/Victoria Parade which will take you into the city in under 10 minutes via Parliament and Collins Street. Alternatively catch the 86 from Smith Street/Gertrude Street which goes through Fitzroy and into the city via Russell Street and Swanston Street. Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. We are not able to provide lockbox access due to council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $30 after 9pm for key handovers. If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $30 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person. You will be asked to provide Identification in the name of the registered Guest in order to obtain the keys; please ensure this is available to avoid disappointment of not being able to access the property upon arrival.
