The farmhouse style kitchen is well-equipped including a dishwasher and washer/dyer and provides a small dining area and an old fashioned pantry. Upstairs, bedroom one benefits from more exposed beams, rural views and a king-size bed; whilst bedroom two also provides rural views from dual aspect windows and has twin single beds. Both bedrooms share a family bathroom with a cast iron, roll-top bath. Nestling on the hillside at the end of Keytes Lane, this pretty little cottage's finest feature has to be its delightful and generous cottage-style garden, well stocked with cheery perennials and shrubs and enjoying enviable views right across the Evenlode Valley. Two patio areas make the most of the sunny, southern aspect. Please be mindful of a steep drop from the garden, which makes this property unsuitable for young children and dogs.
